The highly regarded 250W Bafang motor is matched to this to give long-lasting reliable assistance. The other parts complement this durable combination. The Maxxis tyres fitted on the NZ Pulse ebike are designed for potholed roads, as well as gravel bike trails, giving you the ultimate peace of mind that your ebike is hardy enough to stand up to all conditions. The Hiko E-bike comes with a 1-year warranty on components, 2 years on the battery and motor, and 5 years warranty on the frame. Read more on our warranty page.

You can only buy a bike using your cycle to work voucher by contacting us to process the booking. The steps are as follows:

  • Choose the bike you want along with any accessories (which you can also include on your cycle to work scheme)
  • Contact us by phone or email and let us know what you would like
  • We will then send you a quote which you can give to your HR team to request your cycle to work voucher
  • As soon as you have your voucher then you can send it to us and we will send you your shiny new bike, or you can obviously collect it from one of our stores.
