Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully, as booking your bike for a service with The Cycle Company means you agree to them.

At The Cycle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with all purchases and services with us. Due to being in the hands of manufacturers and delivery for parts we don’t promise a completion date under any circumstances – we’ll do our best to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

All our prices are shown in sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated all products are covered by a 3 month warranty.

All faulty, damaged or broken products will be replaced or refunded, we must be informed within 3 days of receipt of goods, we will pay you the cost of the return postage if applicable.

We make no guarantees that this website is 100% error free. We accept no responsibility for any loss you may incur due to an inability on your behalf to use this website properly. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected.
