The Cycle Company offer servicing, maintenance and repairs for electric bikes, as well as normal bikes. Our skilled cycle mechanics are trained in all aspects of bike repair work, including most models of e-bikes. We have diagnostics tools for the major e-bike motors including Bosch and Shimano.
Whether you have a one off bike or e-bike repair, your bike needs an annual service, or even if you would like the peace of mind of ongoing cycle maintenance support – our bike mechanics are here to help. Our bike workshop is based at our specialist electric bike shop in Shawford, just outside Winchester. But for those short of time we offer mobile bike and e-bike repair – we will collect and drop off your bike if you live within our collection zone.
We also offer ongoing bike servicing and maintenance for corporates with bike share schemes, or companies with fleets of bikes.

Including repairs and servicing for most brands of e-mountain bikes, hybrid electric bikes, gravel e-bikes and foldable e-bikes.
Standard bike repairs & service:
All makes and models serviced and repaired.
Kids bikes repairs & service:
We sell, service and carry out repairs on kids bikes too.

GENERAL SERVICING
- Full safety check – frame, wheels, breaks checked for damage and movement
- Frames and forks wiped down and checked
- Wheels and tyres inspected for wear
- Wheels trued
- Chain checked and lubricated
- Gears and brakes tuned up
- E-Bike – motor, battery and display check including Software Update *
In Shop: £75
COMPLETE SERVICING
Bike is fully stripped down to the bare frame and rebuilt Everything in the General Plus:
- Headset removed, cleaned, regreased, refitted and replacement refitted if necessary
- Bottom bracket removed, cleaned, regreased, refitted and replacement fitted if necessary
- All components removed, checked for wear, cleaned and re-lubricated
- Frame and forks cleaned
- Threads cleaned and checked
- E-bike – motor, battery and display check including Software Update *
