Warranty

Gazelle provides up to ten years’ warranty on material and manufacturing defects on the frame and non-suspension front forks covering normal treatment, use and maintenance. There is a five-year warranty on suspension front forks. A five-year warranty period applies for paintwork on the frame and the front forks. Parts on your bicycle are covered by a two-year warranty subject to normal use and maintenance.

We will then send you a quote which you can give to your HR team to request your cycle to work voucher
As soon as you have your voucher then you can send it to us and we will send you your shiny new bike, or you can obviously collect it from one of our stores.
