Built for big terrain without the big price, the eONE-EIGHTY 400 is Merida's most accessible long-travel e-MTB. With 180 mm of front and rear suspension from a Suntour Aion 38X fork and TRIAIR2 shock, this tough aluminium-framed bike is designed for serious trails, bike parks, and mountain lines. The mixed-wheel setup delivers agility and control, while Shimano’s reliable CUES drivetrain and powerful four-piston brakes ensure smooth performance and confident stopping.

Powered by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor with 85 Nm of torque and a high-capacity 800 Wh battery, this e-bike delivers extended range and powerful assistance for full days on the hill, plus optional range extender support. A removable battery with protective cover and magnetic Fidlock closure keeps it secure and shielded from the elements. With a new suspension layout inspired by Merida’s FAST kinematic system and rated for Category 5 riding, the eONE-EIGHTY 400 is built to charge hard, up or down.

We have taken the bikes out twice so far, around Salisbury, and have really enjoyed them, as well as the interested looks from people as we go by.
