The eBig Nine 400 is the most affordable Merida eBike to use Shimano's EP8 85Nm motor and 630wh battery. Many technical features and much of the thinking that went into Merida's award-winning eOne-Sixty have been incorporated to deliver a stylish and well thought through hardtail. The strong, stiff aluminium frame on the Merida eBig Nine 400 is the result of extensive hydroforming, precision laser cutting and CNC machining. The 630 wh battery is housed low down in the downtube to keep the centre of gravity low. The battery can be charged in the bike via a satellite charging port.

Warranty

The Merida: eBig Nine 400 comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame, a five-year warranty on the forks, two years on the suspension and one year on all other, non-electrical components. The Shimano motors have a 2-year warranty. Read more on our warranty page.

  • Choose the bike you want along with any accessories (which you can also include on your cycle to work scheme)
  • Contact us by phone or email and let us know what you would like
  • We will then send you a quote which you can give to your HR team to request your cycle to work voucher
  • As soon as you have your voucher then you can send it to us and we will send you your shiny new bike, or you can obviously collect it from one of our stores.
